The most squishy, moist, gooey (in a good way) carrot cake you'll ever eat. I've tried lots and lots and lots, so you can skip straight to the best.
Four layers of super-moist carrot cake sandwiched together and covered all over with vanilla icing, featuring vibrant green pistachio crumb, great big swirls of vanilla and pistachio icing, and finished off with delectable edible gold leaf detail. Yep, that's real gold.
NB, this cake can be tricky to cut into small pieces - though why you'd want small pieces is beyond me - so please be aware you may get slightly fewer portions than with my other cakes.
