I believe that no-one should ever miss out on cake. That's why I make cakes of all kinds, including many that meet the needs of those with special dietary requirements. Where you have specified an allergy, no ingredient will ever be used that explicitly contains the stated allergen. Whilst I do everything in my power to ensure there is no chance of cross-contamination, please be aware that all cakes are baked and decorated in a kitchen where products containing gluten, soya, eggs, dairy, sesame, nuts, peanuts, sulphites, mustard, fish and celery are used.
